Thank you for choosing Sedna Wigs. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, and costs to ensure you receive your premium wigs safely and promptly.


2. PROCESSING TIMES


2.1 Order Processing

- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

- Processing occurs Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

- You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.


2.2 Custom Orders

- Custom or made-to-order wigs require 2-4 weeks of processing time.

- Specific timeframes are communicated during the ordering process.

- Processing time excludes shipping time.

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days - £4.99
  • FREE Standard Delivery: On all orders over £60

6. TRACKING & DELIVERY

6.2 Delivery Requirements

  • Signature required for orders over £150.
  • Safe place delivery available upon request.
  • Delivery to business addresses during business hours only.


7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS


7.1 Address Requirements

- Accurate and complete shipping address required.

- PO Box delivery available for UK orders under £100.

- We cannot ship to freight forwarding addresses.


7.2 Redelivery Costs

  • Incorrect address redelivery: £15 fee.
  • Customer unavailable redelivery: £10 fee.
  • Address change after shipping: Subject to carrier policies.


8. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES


8.1 UK Delivery Times

  • Standard: 2-4 business days.
  • Express: 1-3 business days.
  • Remote areas: An additional 1-2 days may apply.

 

9. SHIPPING INSURANCE & LIABILITY


9.1 Insurance Coverage

- All orders are automatically insured up to full product value.

- Additional insurance available for high-value orders.

- Claims processed within 10 business days.


9.2 Lost Packages

  • The package is considered lost after 15 business days.
  • Full refund or replacement provided immediately.
  • We handle all carrier claims on your behalf.

9.3 Damaged Packages

- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of packaging and contents required.

- Immediate replacement or a full refund will be provided.

- No cost to the customer for damage claims.

 

9.4 Colour Accuracy

Variations in product colour representation may occur due to factors such as differential lighting conditions during photography and the diverse calibration settings of individual monitors. While we maintain a commitment to colour fidelity in our product imagery, some variation is to be anticipated.

For optimal colour accuracy, we suggest evaluating products across various display devices or contacting our customer service team for supplementary product images if further clarification is necessary.

- Returns solely based on minor colour differences depicted in standard photography are not accepted.


10. DISCREET PACKAGING

- No external indication of wig contents.

- Sender listed as "Sedna Wigs" on shipping labels.

- Privacy and discretion guaranteed.


10.2 Packaging Materials

- Protective packaging to prevent damage.

- Secure packaging for international shipments.


11. CUSTOMS & DUTIES (EU ORDERS)


11.1 Customs Information

- All necessary customs documentation provided.

- Products are declared at full retail value.

- Accurate product descriptions included.


11.2 Import Duties & Taxes

- Customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

- Fees vary by destination country.

- Orders may be held by customs for inspection.

- We cannot predict or control customs delays.


12. SHIPPING DELAYS

13. MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
