We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to customs, postal/courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items purchased. These costs will be displayed before you confirm your order.

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns and Refund Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Sedna Wigs regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action

Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war, or threat or preparation for war

Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, or other natural disaster

Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport

Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks

The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government

19. CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days without giving reason, provided:

Goods have not been dispatched AND have not been customised

Items remain in original condition with hygiene seals intact

You inform us of your decision by clear statement (email or letter)

For dispatched items, our Returns and Refunds Policy applies. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication before the cancellation period expires.

20. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Sedna Wigs. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Sedna Wigs shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Our website is hosted on the Shopify platform. Your use of our Site is also subject to Shopify's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

22. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Sedna Wigs provides a 14-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Improper use or care

Normal wear and tear

Any alterations made to the product after purchase

Damage from styling tools exceeding recommended temperature limits

To claim under this warranty, please contact sales@sednawigs.com with photographic evidence of the defect and your order number.

23. DIGITAL CONTENT

Any digital content provided (styling guides, care instructions, videos) is licensed, not sold. You may use this content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without our express written consent.

24. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

If you are purchasing goods for business purposes, these terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law

25. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS

25.1 Discount Terms

Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and expiration dates.

One discount code per order unless otherwise stated.

Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse promotional codes.

25.2 Discount Limitations

Discounts apply to product prices only, excluding shipping costs.

Promotional codes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
